1. It is difficult to introduce models

Cause: improper nose temperature control

Solution: The nose temperature should be adjusted appropriately

Cause: uneven mouth is uneven

Solution: The mouth die gap should be adjusted along with the nose connector temperature

Cause: the melt contains coke impurities

Solution: purify the raw materials and clean the nose and screw

Cause: improper control of extrusion process conditions

Solution: the process conditions should be adjusted appropriately

2. The papers are uneven

Cause: the film thickness is uneven

Solution: Adjust the film thickness

Cause: the traction officer clamp force is uneven, the film deviation

Solution: adjust the clamping force to make the clamping force on the roller surface uniform

Cause: the air in the bubble tube is brought into the diaphragm, causing a wrinkle

Solution: adjust the clamping force, eliminate the gas in the membrane tube

3. The cream line is too high

Cause: Head temperature is too high

Solution: lower it appropriately

Cause: the extrusion volume is too large

Solution: reduce the screw speed appropriately

Cause of production: insufficient cooling

Solution: Increase the air volume of the cooling air ring

4. A little white or gum particles

Cause: there are impurities in the raw material

Solution: raw material screening

Cause: the filter screen rupture

Solution: switch to the filter screen

Cause: the particle mixture is uneven

 Solution: strict control of kneading and material manufacturing process
